I've been to this place a few times but my last two visits were less than stellar. Last Summer I had an appointment then received a last minute notification that the time changed. I showed at the new time to and rang the buzzer, no one answered, and I stood outside for 30 mins in the blistering sun. I left then received a call 45 mins later that they were ready for me. No apologies no nothing. I decided to give them another try a few weeks ago. Showed up at my time and got buzzed in this time and was told to wait. Thirty minutes later the aesthetician comes out and says she's ready. I asked her what time my appointment was thinking maybe I'd gotten it wrong. I explained that I had a meeting to attend. She asked if I wanted to leave so I left. People run late for various reasons but communicate that to your clients and be professional. Had she just said "hey, sorry, I am running 30 mins late" at the time she let me in I could have rescheduled. Rather than wasting my time listening to her private conversation she was having with her client for thirty minutes.

I just moved to nyc and this is my favorite place to go! The owner is so talented and efficient. She's very kind and really makes you feel safe and comfortable. The waxes don't hurt and she gets all the hairs! I wax almost my entire body here and it's been great. They offer a really cool membership program that gives you almost $30 of free services monthly. I recommend this salon to everyone. Can't wait for her to start facials!!

This place is literally a hidden gem right in Harlem. It is ridiculously hard to find a wax place that checks off all the boxes. The ladies are welcoming, caring, respectful and overall nice. The place is super clean, private and comfortable. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and she’s so humble and nice. If you’re debating on trying this place out go for it you will not regret it!

I love coming to this amazing wax spa. Everyone from the receptionist to the the wax specialist are always welcoming and professional. I go to Michelle and I absolutely love her. I go every 4 weeks and my skin is always soft and smooth! Highly recommended....and did I mention Black Owned, with a diverse team! This place has been my go to for waxing since I moved from Queens to Harlem and all of the technicians I have seen (Mo, Kiavonnie, and Michelle) are truly amazing! We have the best conversations all while getting waxed which makes the experience honestly 100x better and more fun. Anything I get done there, I love. I was terrified of the idea of a Brazilian before but with Brazilian Babes you will absolutely feel amazing after any session.
